MEC offers a unique job support program for employed clients who want to keep their job and achieve long-term success.

Upon request, MEC offers free statewide training and technical help to employed individuals and their employers. Training and technical help:

  • Is custom-designed for each workplace
  • Educates employers and team members about:
    • How to meet the needs of the individual with disabilities
    • Deaf culture
    • Resources
    • Appropriate communication
    • Deaf or hard of hearing accommodations
